Audit Copy File
e-Redact includes the option to generate Audit Copy files that are specifically designed to make redacted file management an easier task.

The Audit Copy file matches the Redacted Copy file in it's layout and positioning but replaced the fully masked redacted zones with a translucent mask, thus allowing the redacted information to be seen.

The Audit Copy file is a powerful aid in quickly demonstrating to any third-party exactly what information was removed as it is compared with the Redacted Copy file.

Audit Copy files are BIP:0008 compliant allowing the electronic output to carry evidential weight in a court of law.  In turn this means that our clients can, where appropriate destroy the original paper-copy documents and lower their paper-storage requirements with absolute confidence.
